40 days before his death

the past month has been nothing but horrible due to less than desirable situations. 

Last week at small group Esther suggested for us each to commit to something for this period of lent. Given my current spiritual state, I didnt dare to make too big a commitment so I commited to recite the Lord’s prayer and pray every morning before going to classes. It’s been going on for the past 4 days so hopefully I can pull through. I really need it to. 

I hope my cousin flies down to visit me for her spring break but I am also prett clueless as to what is there to do here for her… in the mean time I need to focus on my midterms and the plethora of other business in my life now which I foolishly created for myself. BAH.

I wish I was cool like Markowitz to come up with cool financial theories. Maybe if I were born 60 years ago I could have done that? haha
